Requires Homebrew — install it at brew.sh if you don't have it yet. Homebrew drops LOGOS.app into your Applications folder with no Gatekeeper warning.
macOS — or download the DMG
Grab LOGOS-The-Word-of-God.dmg (Universal — Apple Silicon + Intel, macOS 14+). LOGOS is free and non-Notarized, so web downloads show a one-time Gatekeeper warning.
One-click install
Open the DMG and double-click Install LOGOS.
The app is copied to your Applications folder, the download warning is cleared automatically, and LOGOS opens right up.
Manual install
Open the disk image and drag LOGOS into your Applications folder.
Double-click LOGOS in Applications. If macOS shows a warning, click Done (or Cancel), then either:
Right-click the app in Applications and choose Open, then Open again in the dialog — or —
Open System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security, scroll down, and next to the message about LOGOS click Open Anyway, then confirm with your password.
You only do this once — after the first successful launch, LOGOS opens normally every time.
Quick preview (no install needed)
Double-click LOGOS right inside the mounted disk image to try it immediately — apps run from the image open without any warning.
Why does this happen? Browsers tag downloaded files with a quarantine attribute. Gatekeeper checks that attribute on quarantined apps and, because LOGOS is not Notarized, blocks the first launch. It is purely an install-time check — not a sign of a problem.
Troubleshooting
"Apple could not verify LOGOS is free of malware." Use the Manual install steps above (right-click → Open, or Open Anyway in System Settings).
"The application is damaged and can't be opened." Re-download the DMG from the Download release and install again — this usually means the file was interrupted or the quarantine flag was cleared incorrectly.
"Move to Bin" with no options. Click Done, then open System Settings ▸ Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to LOGOS.
Android
Grab LOGOS - The Word of God.apk (signed). When installing, allow "Install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager.
Install as an app (PWA)
No download needed — LOGOS installs directly from your browser on iPhone, Android, and desktop. Once installed, it launches full-screen, loads instantly, and works completely offline.
